Coating of metal and painted aircraft surfaces with Xzilon®: The preparation for this protective coating requires the surface to be polished to a shine and then completely degreased.
Three coatings of Xzilon® are then applied which is followed by a 24 hour drying time inside a hangar. Unlike the so-called ‘diamond’ or ‘teflon’ coatings that are on offer, Xzilon® is the only one that has been approved by major aircraft constructors like Boeing, Airbus, Dassault and Gulfstream and Bombardier.
